Welcome to CaseEdge. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CaseEdge (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Subscription Plans and Payment

Free Plan: Access to 70 behavioral questions (10 per category), sample answers, STAR framework guidance, and a limited set of case studies at no cost.

Premium Plan ($29/month): All 210 behavioral questions, full case library, Good → Great answer breakdowns, and progress analytics. Billed monthly. Cancel anytime from your account settings — no questions asked.

Elite Plan ($49/month): All Premium features plus AI-personalized answers, resume tailoring, mock interviews, and more. Subject to availability as features are rolled out.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

All content on CaseEdge — including questions, model answers, case studies, good-to-great breakdowns, and design — is the intellectual property of CaseEdge. You may use the content for personal interview preparation only. Commercial reproduction or distribution is prohibited without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular outcome (such as receiving a job offer) will result from using it.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CaseEdge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the site. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
