Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, target role, target firm, and password (stored securely via Firebase Authentication).
Usage Data: We track which questions you've opened, mastered, and bookmarked to power your progress dashboard and readiness score.
Payment Information: If you upgrade to a paid plan, payment details are processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Automatically Collected Data: We may collect browser type, device information, IP address, and pages visited through standard analytics tools (Google Analytics).

Your data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore) with security rules that restrict access to your own data. Passwords are hashed by Firebase Authentication — we never have access to your plain-text password. We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit.

- Request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us
- Opt out of non-essential communications

CaseEdge is not intended for users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 16, we will delete that information promptly.
